Scrybe is provided for testing only. It may change, break or lose data. Do not enter real client information. Use made-up clients and conversations.
Reports are drafts written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check everything before relying on it.
Your name and email when you sign up, and anything you add to a session: notes, transcripts, recordings and reports.
Clerk handles sign-in. Supabase stores your data. AssemblyAI turns audio into text. Anthropic’s AI writes the drafts. Resend sends emails when you send a report. Sentry records error reports. Vercel hosts the site.
Raw audio is deleted automatically 48 hours after it is turned into text. The text transcript stays.
Email support@scrybepro.com to ask us to close your account. Before anything is closed we will confirm the request with the email address on your account, so you know about it even if someone else sent it. Once it is closed you will no longer be able to sign in. This test version cannot yet remove the content you added, which is one more reason to use made-up clients only.
We may suspend or close an account, and delete its data, if these test terms are broken, or when the account holder asks us to.
